Roshawnda is your day-to-day point of contact in the partner network — the person partners work with from first referral through completion. She brings 15+ years leading brokerage and business operations and people teams, in roles as a corporate trainer, operations manager, and training director at firms including Keller Williams. She has overseen transactions end to end, held a 100% file-audit approval rate, and built the training and CRM systems (KvCore, Follow Up Boss) that keep teams moving.
Her background also spans human resources leadership and the healthcare arena — including Humana, United Behavioral Health, and Memorial Hermann — where she developed deep expertise in HIPAA, patient rights, and confidentiality. That rigor shapes how ESM protects families' privacy and holds the partner network to a consistently high standard. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Texas Notary and Loan Signing Agent.
